Stone(s): Diorite

Strong and graceful at the same time, the urn headstone Model Geneva rises from the ground. Crafted from powerful diorite, it defies every storm and radiates even on dark days.

Diorite is among the hardest and oldest types of rock in Germany. It was formed millions of years ago from liquid magma in deep layers of the earth. In the process, a fine- to medium-grained structure emerged, which gives diorite a harmonious effect. Its black to dark grey coloring ensures a calm and powerful appearance, while its playful surface design gives the urn headstone Model Geneva a light and delicate touch.

The properties of diorite were already valued in ancient Babylonia. One of humanity's oldest legal texts was recorded on it, which has survived to our time thanks to the longevity of diorite. Numerous other monuments of antiquity testify to our ancestors' trust in the durability of this stone. Timeless and unyielding, it is a faithful monument to our memory.

Care instructions: Diorite is weather-resistant, frost-proof, and easy to maintain. Thanks to our proven sealing system, this urn headstone Model Geneva is less susceptible to the elements.
