Stone(s): Schweinstal Sandstone

Gracefully curved, the Porec model pillow radiates calm and vitality, while its understated shape highlights the stone's warm luminosity.

Schweinstal sandstone was formed over 150 million years ago from the deposits of weathered stones and sand grains. Over time, it hardened into one of Germany's most popular and durable natural stones, which has been passed down to us in magnificent structures since the early Middle Ages. Schweinstal sandstone features a reddish-brown base tone that appears in a variety of color nuances. Thus, the stone radiates warmth and comfort even on cold days. And on pleasant days, the sun's rays elicit a soft glimmer and sparkle from it.

Care instructions: Schweinstal sandstone is easy to care for, as it weathers or develops greenery only very slowly. To delay this process even further, we additionally seal our stones. Thanks to our proven sealing system, the Porec model pillow is even less susceptible to weathering and is also water and dirt-repellent.
