Stone(s): Jura Limestone
Born in the prehistoric sea, the elegant Jura limestone is a monument to our evolutionary history. Its radiant color and noble appearance lend the Pillow Model Brisbane a sense of calm and lightness.
Jura limestone formed when the primeval sea receded in the Bavarian Altmühl Valley about 180 million years ago and the animals and plants of the marine world slowly sank to the bottom. It enclosed the ancient living beings of our past as fossils, remaining a unique witness to our history to this day.
The noble and modern effect of Jura limestone is particularly well showcased in the Pillow Model Brisbane. The understated shape emphasizes the stone's radiant luminosity.
Due to its noble appearance, Jura limestone was popular as a building material as early as Roman times and can also be found in numerous medieval structures. Jura limestone has a high density, but as a soft sedimentary rock, it is exceptionally well-suited for surface design.
Care instructions: Jura limestone is easy to care for, as it weathers or develops greenery only very slowly. To delay this process even further, we additionally seal our stones. Through our proven sealing system, the Pillow Model Brisbane is even less susceptible to weather and is also water- and dirt-repellent.
Your advantage - our service:

Process:
The price includes the gravestone and the individual inscription. After completing your order, you will book a personal appointment with our staff, during which all details will be coordinated. The inscription will be arranged according to your wishes in consultation with our specialist staff and then deeply engraved into the stone by our stonemasons.
A gravestone is an individually designed product made with the help of manual labor. We will craft the stone of your choice while taking into account the applicable cemetery regulations so that it is eligible for approval and permitted for installation.
