Stone(s): Grey granite and basalt
Brightly shining granite and dark basalt find perfect harmony in their contrast.
Granite and basalt are among the most resilient and durable stones. One shines with a bright luster, the other rests powerfully in noble black. In a loving touch, the pair come together in the single headstone Model Lyon and let a heart grow out of this connection.
Once ejected by volcanoes as liquid magma onto the earth's surface, basalt hardened into one of the most robust rocks. Formerly also called black marble, basalt is characterized by its subtle and classic coloring in dark shades of grey and black. Its fine-pored structure gives it an elegant and modern look.
Contrasting with it is the light granite. It was formed deep in the earth into a particularly hard stone. Dark grey speckles and a vibrant surface structure give the granite its special character and make every piece unique.
Care instructions: Both granite and basalt are frost-resistant and easy to maintain. Thanks to our proven sealing system, this single headstone Model Lyon is even less susceptible to weathering and is also water and dirt-repellent.
Your advantage - our service:
Even if you purchase your stone online, there is a lot of personal involvement in this process. We accompany and advise you along this path, from the inscription to the on-site installation. We will take care of it.
Process:
Included in the price is the headstone, the individual inscription, and the delivery and installation at the cemetery on-site. After completing your order, you will book a personal appointment with our staff, where all details will be coordinated. The inscription will be arranged according to your wishes in consultation with our specialist staff and then professionally engraved into the stone by our stonemasons.
A headstone is an individually designed product manufactured with the help of handcraft. We craft the stone of your choice while taking into account the applicable cemetery regulations so that it is eligible for approval and permitted for installation.
